Account Verification

Before we release any withdrawal, we verify your identity using the email and phone number linked to your account. This protects you from unauthorized payouts.

We keep your account records for as long as your account is active, plus a period after closure for dispute resolution and tax compliance where required by local law.

Payment Security

Terms & Conditions FAQ

Yes. You accept our Terms & Conditions during account creation by ticking the box. If you don't agree with any term, you can choose not to create an account. We can't modify individual terms for specific players; everyone operates under the same agreement.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are final once processed. If you suspect fraud or an error, contact our support team within 24 hours with your transaction details. We'll investigate and may reverse it if warranted.

Terms breaches can result in account suspension or permanent closure. We may also withhold any balance in that account pending investigation. Serious violations like fraud are reported to relevant authorities where local law requires it.

We retain essential account data for at least 5 years for tax and legal compliance where local law requires it. After that period, data is anonymized or deleted unless local law mandates longer storage for specific records.

Our Terms & Conditions apply equally to all players; we can't create custom terms. However, you can adjust your own deposit and withdrawal settings in your account under Limits. Those choices are yours alone.

Our Terms & Conditions specify that any balance in your account is yours. If we change ownership or close operations, any outstanding balance is returned to your original deposit method. We'll notify you 30 days in advance of major changes.
